A number of scholars participating in the International Islamic Conference for Dialogue held by Muslim World League in Makkah under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz highlighted the king's speech delivered at the opening session of the conference. The scholars stated that the king's speech was based on Islamic teachings calling for cooperation among humans. In statements to Saudi Press Agency, they valued the king's call for dialogue among the world's peoples to achieve peace, stability and security and hailed the pioneering role of the kingdom in serving Islam, Muslims and their causes. The scholars commended the wisdom of the king and his care for the Islamic nation.
