New Social Affairs Minister assumes official duties

Dr.Yousuf Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, the new Minister of Social Affairs assumed duties today at his Ministry office in Riyadh, succeeding Abdulmohsin Al-Akkas.
On Monday night, Al-Othaimeen was swore in before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz.
In 1396 AH, Al-Othaimeen graduated from King Saud University's Department of Sociology and Social Service with an excellent grade in Honor.
He obtained his Masters degree from Ohio University in Political Sociology and Social Service with an excellent grade in 1402 AH.
In 1406 AH, he received his PH.D from United State University in Social Service.
