Having examined the minutes of the 6th meeting of the Ministerial Committee on Studying Immediate and Future Development Needs in Jazan Region submitted by the Interior Minister who is the committee's chairman, the Cabinet approved a number of measures including the formation of a committee composed of the Governor of Jazan Region, Minister of Finance and Minister of Economy and Planning. The tasks of the committee will be reviewing the amounts mentioned in the ten-year plan, allocating necessary amounts for environmental health, urban centers, university housing buildings and providing three ferries to transport passengers between Jazan city and Farasan Islands. The Cabinet approved the renewal of membership of the retirees Major General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Madhi and Fuad bin Mohammed Noor Abu Mansour at the Board of Directors of the Public Pension Agency for a three-year term as of 21/9/1429H.
