Amending paragraph (H) of Article (18) of Officer Service System to be read as follows "H- Spending four years at least at the rank of Major General in order to have promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General". 4- After four years of the effective date of the amendment, the service of officers who spent four years or more at the rank of Lieutenant General shall be expired. The council also heard a report from the Council Member Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Yami on his participation and Dr. Fahd Al-Uboud as representatives of the Shoura Council in forming Information Forum organized by the United Nations in cooperation with the International Union of Parliamentarians for Information Technology held in Geneva during the period 9-10/5/1429H.
