The Saudi second cargo plane arrived this evening at Shindo airport to provide relief assistance to victims of a strong earthquake in Sichuan Province, China. The plane, carrying 62 tons of foodstuffs, blankets, tents and carpets, was received by representatives of the Saudi Ministry of Finance Abdulaziz Fayyadh Al-Abdulkarim and Faisal bin Mesfer Al-Qahtani and a representative of the foreign affairs in Sichuan region. This came in line with the directives of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to provide urgent assistance worth $50 Million to China after the devastative earthquake that hit Sichuan in southwestern China.
