The fourth Saudi relief plane carrying 64 tons of foodstuffs and tents in urgent assistance arrived in the earthquake devastated province of Schwan. Al-Qahtani, a representative of Saudi Ministry of Finance, said the total Saudi relief assistance to Sichuan has now reached 260 tons. Saeed Al-Malki from Saudi embassy in China said the embassy has received many calls from Chinese people expressing their appreciation to the government of Saudi Arabia for its humanitarian assistance describing its volume as one of the largest that China has received so far.
