"There is now a trend at the Ministry of Culture and Information to give more time for children at the television's four channels, he said, adding that Riyadh is a big cultural capital where several cultural activities are organized from time to time." The ceremony was attended by the Under Secretaries of the Ministry of Culture and Information and a number of officials.
