New TV channel plans announced

The Ministry of Culture and Information is considering launching new satellite television channels for “dialogue and children”.
Saleh Al-Meghles an official in the ministry's Television Affairs said that the minister had announced the plan and along with approvals for new programs and new series to be produced by Saudi Television at a cost of SR40 million.
