In line with directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and under the supervision of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Interior Minister and General Supervisor of Saudi Popular Campaign for Relief of Lebanese people, the Alms Fund in Akkar district of northern Lebanon started today the distribution of financial aid presented by the Campaign to 1800 needy families and the distribution of bottles of olive oil to 1400 families in addition to elderly people, orphans and widows. The President of the Alms Fund in Akkar district lawyer Mohammed bin Khalid Al-Morad thanked the Government of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his continued interest in Lebanon, continual aid to the poor and needy people as well as donations to alleviate the suffering of the poor and needy people.
