A rail safety official says a third victim has died after a tram crash in the eastern Czech Republic, AP reported. Zdenek Neusar says an elderly woman died overnight in a hospital. An elderly man and a young boy died Friday when two trams collided head-on in the city of Ostrava. The city is about 350 kilometers (more than 200 miles) east of Prague. Neusar is a spokesman for the Rail Safety Inspection agency. His statement Saturday says 49 people were injured in the crash and 15 of them were seriously hurt. Authorities say human error was the likely cause of the accident.
