Police say suspected separatists have fatally shot 11 migrant workers in three separate attacks in India's remote northeast. Seven migrant workers believed to be from northern Uttar Pradesh state were shot and killed Monday night on the outskirts of Imphal, the capital of Manipur state. A police officer who spoke on condition of anonymity says another four workers were killed in two separate shootings Tuesday. No one has claimed responsibility for the killings, the Associated Press reported.
