Under the directives and follow-up of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, the General Establishment for Grain Mills and Flour Silos conducted a field survey to derive the reasons after the increase of prices of flour, attributing it to the use of flour as fodder by livestock herders.
