Here is the story again: Jeddah, Feb. 24, SPA -- Minister of Higher Education Dr Khalid al-Anqari and his Egyptian Counterpart Dr Hani bin Mahfouz Hilal singed here today the agreement of the executive program in the field of higher education in line with the cultural agreement signed by the Kingdom and Egypt in 1392. Dr al-Anqari said the agreement aims at enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the scientific and educational domains. It is worth mentioning that the agreement of the two-year executive program will be renewed automatically unless a party announces its unwillingness in the renewal of the agreement.
