In the presence of Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Anqari, Minister of Higher Education, three agreements on scientific and cultural cooperation were signed here on Friday between three Saudi universities and Granada University. The agreements were signed on the side of the Spanish University by its President Francisco Gonzalez Lodeiro and Vice President for International Relations and on the Saudi side by Rector of King Faisal University Dr. Yosef Al-Jandan, Rector of King Abdulaziz University Dr. Osama Bin Sadeq, and Rector of Najran University Dr. Mohammed Al-Hassan. The contracts with the University of Granada s (UGR) provide for scientific and cultural cooperation namely teaching Spanish language, human sciences and tourism with KAU. The contracts also include scientific cooperation with KFU in the field of stems cells, microbiology. these will facilitate preparation of Saudi universities in the field of physics, chemistry of metals and promote students exchange programs for pursuing post graduates studies.
