Arab Health Ministerial Council concludes session

The Executive bureau of Arab ministerial Council of Health Ministers concluded its 114th session here today.
In a statement following the session, Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Manie, the Minister of Health and the Bureau's Chairman, said that the Bureau discussed a number of issues of joint Arab action in health fields due to be forwarded to the Arab Economic Summit.
He noted that an Arab Committee was formed to define health projects and programs to be submitted to the Summit.
Dr. Al-Manie said that the Bureau decided to provide assistance amounting to $ 100,000 for the Palestinian health sector.
