These cables were sent to King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz by King of Jordan; Presidents of the United States, Afghanistan, Eritrea, Burkina Faso, Tunisia, Djibouti, Sudan, Somalia, Iraq, Comoro Island, Yemen; the Emirs of Qatar and Kuwait; the First Vice President and the Vice President of Sudan; Heir Apparents of Qatar, Kuwait and Abu Dhabi; the Omani Deputy Premier; Prime ministers of Bahrain, Bangladesh, Lebanon; the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar; the Speakers of Lebanese and Egyptian parliaments and Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al-mullah, a member of the Supreme ruling council of the UAE and Ruler of Umm ul-Quain Emirate.
