King Abdullah receives cables of congratulations on ascending the throne

The Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has received cables of congratulations on the occasion of the pledge of allegiance as a King.
They were from Kuwait's Emir and Premier; Presidents of Bangladesh, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Cameroon, Poland and Guinea; Chairman of Presidium Commission of People's Supreme Council of People's Democratic Republic of Korea; Qatar's Ist Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister; Comoros' Vice President; and Premiers of Singapore, Thailand and Bangladesh.
The monarch sent them reply cables of thanks.
