'Istesqa' (Rain-Seeking) Prayer was performed by a large number of Muslims in all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this morning in pursuit of traditions of Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) whenever rain is delayed, praying that Allah Al-mighty will bring rains to all parts of the country. The prayer was performed in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Taif, Najran, Qassim, Baha, Assir, Jouf, Hail, Jazan, Tabuk, Dammam and Al-Ahsa. The prayer was attended by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah region; Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah region; Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, Under Secretary of Riyadh Governorate; Fahd bin Abdulaziz bin Moammer, Governor of Taif; Abdullah bin Dulaim Al-Qahtani, Assistant Under Secretary of Najran Governorate; Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Qassim Region; Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mohammed bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Under Secretary of Baha Governorate; Dr. Mohammed bin Issa, Assistant Under Secretary of Assir Governorate; Prince Fahd bin Badr bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jouf region; Dr. Saad bin Hamoud Al-Boqumi, Under Secretary of Hail Governorate; Dr. Hamed bin Maleh Al-Shamari, Assistant Under Secretary for security affairs of the Jazan Governorate; Juraid bin Moetq Al-Enizy, Under Secretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs of Tabuk Governorate ; Zareb Al-Qahtani, Under Secretary of Eastern Region Governorate, and Khalid Al-Barrak, Deputy Governor of Al-Ahsa region.
