Saudi Aramco gets patent

Saudi Aramco Company has recently got a new patent from the Office of Patents and Trademarks in the United States of America.
The patent was obtained by Dr. Rashid Khan from the Company's Center for Research and Development for his invention "Enhancing Hydrogen Extraction In Hydrogen Treatment Units" aiming at improving the extraction of hydrogen gas from gas operations containing methane and other hydrocarbon gases by using solvent means produced in a refinery.
The company's team leader of the intellectual property protection Dr. Mohammed Al-Ansari said the company has achieved a record of 62 patents in previous years and has registered more than 100 patents to the world patent offices.
