Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Chief of the Saudi Red Crescent Association, met here today with the Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia S. M. Akwamalhag. During the meeting, the Ambassador expressed thanks to and appreciation of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for providing urgent aid to the people of Bangladesh to help alleviate the sufferings of individuals and groups in Bangladesh caused by the hurricane that swept the country. The ambassador also expressed the Bangladeshi government's thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the grant provided by Saudi Arabia to Bangladesh amounting to $100 to help heal the serious wounds afflicted the people and properties.
