The Council of Ministers of Labor and Social Affairs of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states concluded its 24th session under chairmanship of Minister of Labor Dr. Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Al-Gosaibi and Minister of Social Affairs Abdulmohsin Al-Akkas. A number of joint decisions were issued by the session relating to the outcome of meetings of Temporary Technical Committee concerned with the budget, administrative and financial matters and amendment of regulations. In Statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Deputy Minister of labor Dr. Abdulwahid bin Khalid Bin Muhammad Al-Hamid said the meeting issued several decisions including the enhancement of joint action between the GCC countries in the field of manpower, regulations relating to health and occupational safety and decisions on supporting small establishments as a way to recruit Gulf young people .
