During the investigation, If the violation proves to be of security nature, the file of the case shall be referred to the concerned authority at the Ministry of Interior to complete the investigation measures. Article XXXIV Secrecy: The national commission's chairman shall issue rules concerning the maintenance of the secrecy of the information coming to or going out of the national commission including: 1- Grade of classification of incoming or outgoing information 2- Identifying the persons authorized to see the information coming to the national commission 3- Ways of dealing with secret information 4- Ways of safely keeping classified information Article XXXV The national commission shall review the rules of the statute when needed provided that the Foreign Minister shall issue a decision when any of its rules is amended, added or cancelled. Article XXXVI The statute will take effect 90 days after the date of its approval by the Foreign Minister Article XXXVII The statute's Annexes The following shall be attached to this statute: First: The regulation of the implementation of the included Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons is considered part and parcel of this statute Second: Schedules of listed materials are considered part and parcel of this statute Third: Names of the countries parties to Prohibition of Chemical Weapons
