The national commission's chairman forms the national inspection team from the relevant authorities with the aim of achieving the following tasks: A- Conduct announced and unannounced visits to the licensed installations and companies or any other party connected with the listed materials and the instinct organic chemicals B- Verify the activities of these materials relevant to the rules of the regulations and the statute C- See the records and reports relevant to the activities of these materials D- Prepare reports on the results of every national inspection and submit them to the national commission's chairman E- Seize any violation of the rules of the regulation or the statute and report it to the national commission's chairman in preparation for referring it to the Commission for Prosecution and General Investigation F- Any other tasks given to the team by the national commission's chairman 2- Before every inspection, the national commission's chairman, in coordination with concerned authorities, issues a decision naming the head and members of the national inspection team, the installations targeted for inspection, the aim of the inspection and its duration 3- The national inspection team may receive reports and search and gather information on violations of the rules of the regulation and statute, seize them and take all evidence measures before referring them to the Commission for Prosecution and General Investigation. 4- The national inspection team shall complete the initial measures in violations seized by other seizure agencies stated in the Regulation of Criminal Measures before referring them to the Commission for Prosecution and General Investigation. Chapter VII Miscellaneous Rules Article XXXIII The Commission for Prosecution and General Investigation shall investigate violations stated in the regulation and statute while paying attention to the following: 1- If the investigation authority attains indications that the violation is of security nature, the concerned authority at the Ministry of Interior shall be informed of it --More
