If the ministry approves the request of clearance, it shall send the clearance of these items to the Customs Authority two weeks before the actual arrival or departure of the shipment giving the Ministry of Interior and the applicant a copy of it. 3- The Customs Authority shall inform the ministry and the national commission of the items actually cleared. 4- The clearance permission duration is one year provided the permission's duration shall not exceed the end of the year in which it is issued. 5- These items shall be cleared by the customs entry points only under this permission. The industrial waiver is not a clearance for them. Chapter IV Security and safety requirement Article XVII Application of requirements and instructions issued by the Higher Council for Industrial Security concerning the security and safety if the facility is under the supervision of the Higher Council for Industrial Security in the kingdom. Article XVIII Application of requirements and instructions issued by General Directorate of Civil Defense concerning the safety and protection from fire if the facility is under the preventive supervision of General Directorate of Civil Defense. Article XIX Adherence to the rules of the responsibilities of the concerned with safety and industrial security issued by the ministerial decision number 10/k/w/2/df dated on 24/4/1410 H. and the ministerial decision number 12/1/w/2/df dated on 15/1/1425 H. Article XX Guarantee of people's safety and environment protection during production according to the national standards of safety and emissions and air quality standards issued by the General Presidency of the Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection in the kingdom. --more
