In line with the directives of Culture and Information Minister Iyad bin Ameen Madani to establish arts societies including one for Arabic calligraphy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the preparatory committee concluded its arrangements pertaining to the rules and regulations of the society. Date for the meeting of the constituent assembly of the Arabic calligraphy society will be announced later, undersecretary of the culture and information ministry for cultural affairs Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Sabeel said. -
