Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior, has directed to allow all Saudi detainees who were earlier extradited from Guantanamo Bay and waiting trial in Saudi Arabia to enjoy Eid Al Fitr celebrations with their families before returning upon a fixed timetable to complete the statutory procedures to present them to Law Courts, Security Spokesman of the Ministry of Interior Major General Mansour bin Sultan Al-Turky said. "The directive was based on the positive results achieved through the Detainees Advisory and Care Programmes in addition to the commitment to regulations and instructions by the released detainees who returned from Guantanamo Bay," he added.
