The General Secretariat of Muslim World League (MWL) expressed its hope that mankind gets rid of the scourge of terrorism, renewing its condemnation of violence and terrorism witnessed by the world in recent years topped by the events of September 11th in the United States of America in 2001. In a statement issued here today, the League's Secretary-General Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki said the League renewed its condemnation of terrorist acts in the world, which led to killing innocent peoples in the United States of America, Britain, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Indonesia and other countries. He called on international peace-loving powers for cooperation to protect human beings, condemning malicious media campaigns that link Islam with terrorism.
