Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said the restoration of security in Iraq depended on the change of the incorrect US policies. Mottaki, who was speaking today in Karkan, North of Iran, noted that Iran had drawn attention of Washington to this matter during its talks with it in Baghdad. "It is high time for Washington to change its improper policy," he was quoted as saying by DPA.
