In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, the Head of the of Saudi relief delegation Ibrahim bin Solaiman Al Darwesh said that the Saudi relief airlift consists of five planes which will arrive at Nouakchott International Airport carrying / 350 / tons of foodstuffs, tents, carpets, blankets, medicines. He added that the assistance was increased to 350 tons after estimating the needs of the affected people. He added," The urgent relief assistance includes five thousand cartons of foodstuffs, two thousand tents, five thousand rugs, five thousand blankets and ten tons of medicines.
