In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz to provide foodstuffs and relief assistance to the Sri Lankan government to deal with the humanitarian situation that resulted from the displacement of thousands of people from their areas of residence, the 2nd Saudi relief plane arrived in Colombo on Friday. The plane, loaded with 78 tons of foodstuffs, medicines, rugs, blankets and tents, was received by Saudi ambassador to Sri Lanka Abdulaziz Al-Jammaz and Sri Lankan senior officials.
