Israeli, Palestinian ministers to meet in West Bank

Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad will meet on Wednesday with Israeli Foreign
Minister Tzipi Livni in the West Bank town of Jericho,
officials in Fayyad's office said Sunday.
The foreign ministers of Jordan and Japan will also attend
the meeting, the officials said on condition of anonymity
because they were not authorized to talk to the press.
Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev confirmed
that efforts to work out a meeting Wednesday with the
Palestinians were under way. the Associated Press reported.
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert met Abbas in Jericho
last week.
