Shares tumbled more than 4 per cent Friday on the Seoul stock exchange on renewed concerns about the global impact of the US sub-prime mortgage loans problem, DPA reported. The benchmark Kospi index fell 80.19 points, or 4.2 per cent, to close at 1,828.49. Declining issues outnumbered advancers 715 to 97. The main index of the technology-heavy Kosdaq market fell 24.28 points to 788.41. The US dollar was quoted at 931.90 won, up from 922.90 won on Thursday.
