Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to President President Mamadou Tandja of Niger on the occasion of the anniversary of the independence day of his country.
Crown Prince Sultan wished the President permanent good health and happiness and her people steady progress and prosperity.
