Crown Prince sends cable of congratulations to Niger's President

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Niger's President Salou Djibo on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and Niger's people steady progress and prosperity.
