The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz received here today at the Royal Court at Al-Salam Palace Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Anqari, the Minister of Higher Education accompanied by the directors of Saudi universities and a number of the Ministry's officials. During the reception, the King was briefed by the directors on the university activities in educational and scientific research fields. The delegation then, listened to The King's directives to exert extra efforts to elevate the level of scientific researches in the universities which will be in the benefit of the country and its citizens and will contribute to the achievement of more inventions in all fields. The King reiterated his concern to improve the level of higher education in the Kingdom which will lead to the graduation of qualified youths capable of serving Islam and the Kingdom in all fields of education. The audience was attended by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz , The Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, the Chief of General Intelligence; and a number of princes and high-ranking officials.
