IN OCTOBER 2000, HE CALLED DURING ARAB SUMMIT IN CAIRO, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AL-QUADS UPRISING FUND AT A CAPITAL OF $200 MILLION AND AL-AQSA FUND AT A CAPITAL OF $800 MILLION. IN JULY 2006, THE KING INSTRUCTED THE APPROPRIATION OF A GRANT WORTH $250 MILLION FOR THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE AS A NUCLEAR FOR AN ARAB FUND TO REHABILITATE PALESTINE.
