IDB Chief says Bahrain Deposits $ 750, 000 in Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds Funds

President of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali, has announced that Bahrain deposited a sum of $ 750,000 in the account of Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds funds in order to enhance the available resources to support the Palestinian peoples' steadfastness.
He said Bahrain's contribution to the funds was in response to a decision of Beirut Summit calling on the member countries to provide an additional support of $ 150 million to these funds.
On behalf of the Supreme Council and Managerial Committee, Dr Ali thanked the Bahraini government and people for their continuous support for the Palestinian people.
