PRINCE FAISAL BIN ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE HONORARY PRESIDENT OF SAUDI CHARITABLE SOCIETY FOR COMBATING CANCER HAS EXPRESSED HIS APPRECIATION OF AND THANKS TO THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AND THE CROWN PRINCE FOR THE CABINET'S DECISION ON GIVING CANCER PATIENTS REDUCTION OF 50 % ON MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION.
IN A STATEMENT TO THE SAUDI PRESS AGENCY (SPA), HE SAID THE DECISION REPRESENTS SUPPORT FOR CANCER PATIENTS, THEIR RELATIVES AND THE SOCIETY TAKING CARE OF THEM.
IT IS NOTEWORTHY THAT THE REGISTERED NUMBER OF CANCER PATIENTS IN THE KINGDOM ANNUALLY REACHES MORE THAN 8000 NEW CASES AND 200,000 PATIENTS RESORT TO SPECIALIZING CENTERS FOR TREATMENT.
