MINISTER OF HEALTH DR HAMAD AL-MANI SAID ARRANGEMENTS ARE UNDERWAY FOR IMPLEMENTING THE PROJECT OF KING ABDULAZIZ SPECIALIST HOSPITAL IN SAKAKA. HE NOTED THAT THE HOSPITAL WILL INCLUDE SECTIONS FOR ALL MEDICAL SPECIALIZATIONS INCLUDING A CENTER FOR HEART SURGERY. THE 500-BED HOSPITAL WILL BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST HOSPITALS IN THE KINGDOM, HE SAID. THE PROJECT OF THE HOSPITAL WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON AN AREA OF ABOUT 106,037 SQUARE METER AT A TOTAL COST OF ABOUT SR 140 MILLION. DR AL-MANI SAID PROJECTS OF MORE THAN SIX SPECIALIST HOSPITALS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE VARIOUS REGIONS OF THE KINGDOM WITHIN THE NEXT TWO YEARS IN ADDITION TO KING ABDULAZIZ SPECIALIST HOSPITAL OF SAKAKA. HE POINTED OUT THAT THE PROJECTS DUE TO BE INAUGURATED BY THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ DURING HIS VISIT TO AL-JOAF REGION INCLUDE DOMAT-AL-JANDAL 100-BED HOSPITAL.
