The permanent anti-glutting committee of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will convene tomorrow at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in the Saudi capital. The Committee's deliberations will center on approving regulations and procedures pertaining to claims of glutting as well as the committee's internal system. The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
