KING ABDULLAH II BIN ALHUSSEIN OF JORDAN RECEIVED IN AMMAN TODAY PRINCE KHALID AL-FAISAL, GOVERNOR OF ASSIR REGION OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA AND PRESIDENT OF THE ARAB THOUGHT FOUNDATION, WHO IS CURRENTLY ON A VISIT TO JORDAN TO TAKE PART IN THE 4TH ARAB EDUCATION FORUM, TO BE ORGANIZED BY THE FOUNDATION.
DURING THE MEETING, ISSUES OF MUTUAL CONCERN, FOCUSING ON CULTURAL AFFAIRS IN THE ARAB WORLD, WERE DISCUSSED.
ON HIS PART, THE KING LAUDED THE ROLE PRINCE KHALID WAS PLAYING TO PROMOTE INTELLECTUAL MOVEMENT IN THE ARAB WORLD.
IN TURN, PRINCE KHALID LAUDED THE ROLE OF JORDANIAN AUTHORITIES IN SUPPORT OF ARAB INTELLECTUALS.
