Pakistan, Nato forge sustainable relationship

Pakistan and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) have underlined the need for long term sustainable relationship aimed at promoting peace and security in the region, says an official statement.
This was discussed at a meeting between Minister of State for Defense Ali Asjad Malhi and the visiting Chairman of NATO s Military Committee, General Ray Henault.
Both sides reviewed the existing level of cooperation and exchanged views on the geo-strategic situation of the region with special reference to Afghanistan.
The meeting focused on Pakistan's role against the war on terror.
