SAUDI DELEGATE TO THE ARAB LEAGUE AHMAD KATTAN HAS HANDED OVER TO ARAB LEAGUE'S SECRETARY GENERAL, $5,989,413 CHEQUE.
TE CHEQUE REPRESENTS THE KINGDOM'S CONTRIBUTION TO THE ARAB LEAGUE'S GENERAL BUDGET FOR 2007 AS WELL AS IT SHARE IN THE RESERVE ACCOUNT OF 2007.
SPEAKING ON THE OCCASION, KATTAN HIGHLIGHTED THE SIGNIFICANT ROLE BEING PLAYED BY THE ARAB LEAGUE IN SUPPORTING THE JOINT ARAB WORK.
HE REITERATED THE KINGDOM'S KEENNESS ON EXTENDING SUPPORT TO THE ARAB LEAGUE AND ITS SECRETARY GENERAL FOR ACTIVATING THE JOINT ARAB WORK.
