Gulf Cooperation Council Youth and Sports Ministers concluded here today their 21st meeting. The Ministers thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan for the Kingdom's hosting of the 21st meeting concluded today in Riyadh as well as the good hospitality and reception received by the participants. In a press statement following the meeting, Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare, said that the meeting was successful and the decisions and recommendations were important. He also pointed out that the ministers adopted youth care strategy in GCC countries in the field of youth and sports, recommended forming youth and media committees in GCC countries, approved designing a website for the Committee of Training and Preparing Leaders, and approved the two proposals submitted by Bahrain on setting up and hosting a festival for Gulf popular sports.
