ASSISTANT MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION PRINCE TURKI BIN SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ SAID THE GREAT ATTENTION PAID BY SAUDI ARABIA LED BY CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AND CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY PREMIER, MINISTER OF DEFENSE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL, TO THE 19TH ARAB SUMMIT WHICH WILL BE HELD IN RIYADH LATE THIS WEEK WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF THE SUMMIT. IN A STATEMENT TO SAUDI PRESS AGENCY, HE SAID THAT THROUGH HISTORY, THE KINGDOM'S LEADERS HAVE EXERTED ALL EFFORTS TO SERVE AND DEFEND ARAB CAUSES INTERNATIONALLY. THE KINGDOM CONSIDERS THIS AS AN OBLIGATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS RELIGIOUS, HUMANITARIAN AND MORAL PRINCIPLES. HE ADDED THAT THE KINGDOM HAD NOT SPARED ANY EFFORT TO SERVE ARAB SOLIDARITY. THE KINGDOM HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED FINANCIAL AND POLITICAL SUPPORT FOR ARAB COUNTRIES, HE ADDED. HE SAID THAT THE KINGDOM IS KEEN TO CONTAIN AND ELIMINATE DISPUTES AMONG ARAB COUNTRIES TO ACHIEVE ARAB SOLIDARITY. HE ADDED THAT IN LINE WITH INSTRUCTIONS BY MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION IYAD MADANI, ALL MEDIA PREPARATIONS FOR THE SUMMIT HAD BEEN COMPLETED.
