ALL THOSE INJURED IN A FIRE OUTBREAK AT A PILGRIMS' RESIDENCE IN MAKKAH YESTERDAY WERE DISCHARGED FROM HOSPITAL IN GOOD CONDITIONS, OFFICIALS SAID TODAY. IN A STATEMENT TO THE SAUDI PRESS AGENCY (SPA), GENERAL SAAD BIN ABDULLAH AL-TUWAIJRI, DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CIVIL DEFENSE, SAID SINCE THE FIRST MOMENTS OF THE INCIDENT, PRINCE NAIF BIN ABDULAZIZ, MINISTER OF INTERIOR AND CHAIRMAN OF HAJJ HIGHER COMMITTEE, AND PRINCE MOHAMMED BIN NAIF BIN ABDULAZIZ, ASSISTANT MINISTER OF INTERIOR FOR SECURITY AFFAIRS, WERE CLOSELY FOLLOWING UP THE DEVELOPMENTS OF THE SAD EVENT AND GIVING INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL ALL THE INJURED WERE CONFIRMED HEALTHY. AL-TUWAIJRI LAUDED THE CIVIL DEFENSE AND OTHER PARTIES SQUADS THAT WORKED IN THE SPIRIT OF ONE TEAM TO RESCUE THE STRANDED AND PUT OFF THE FIRE.
