The Director General of Civil Defense, Lt. General. Saad Bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri, will head the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the 22nd meeting of the Directors General of civil defense in The Cooperation Council For the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC), starting its deliberations tomorrow in Kuwait. In a statement, on the eve of the meeting, Lt. General. Al-Tuwaijri highlighted the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz to promote the joint GCC actions, pointing to the directives of Prince Naif Ibn Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier and Interior Minister and the Vice Interior Minister and the assistant interior Minister for security affairs, as regards the need to activate programs of cooperation and exchange of experiences to improve the capacity of civil defense's technical and human resources.
