THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ ISSUED A ROYAL DECREE TODAY APPOINTING ABDULMOHSIN BIN ABDULRAHMAN AL-MOHEISIN AS CHIEF OF THE CROWN PRINCE'S SPECIAL AFFAIRS AT A RANK OF A MINISTER.
IT SAID THAT CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY PREMIER, MINISTER OF DEFENSE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL PROPOSED THE APPOINTMENT.
