Dr. Riyadh bin Kamal Najm extended gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General and Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, on occasion of the Cabinet's Approval of appointing him as an Undersecretary for Information Affairs at the Ministry of Culture and Infrormation at rank 15.
