MOHAMMED AL-HAJ, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE LOCAL COUNCIL IN TAIZ, YEMEN, SAID ARRANGEMENTS ARE UNDERWAY IN COOPERATION WITH SAUDIS TO FORM AN EXPERTS TEAM WHICH WILL UNDERTAKE CONDUCTING A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON ESTABLISHING A WATER DESALINATION STATION IN AL-MAKHA REGION IN TAIZ GOVERNORATE.
IN A STATEMENT TO SANAA-BASED 'SEPTEMBER 26' NEWSPAPER, AL-HAJ SAID GULF AND SAUDI INVESTORS IN ADDITION TO THE YEMENI GOVERNMENT WILL PARTICIPATE IN IMPLEMENTING THE PROJECT OF THE DESALINATION STATION.
